Suzan's live performance at Bleu Katt Lounge

Being a fan of music it's always a pleasure for me to attend to live events. Especially to those where the artist sings and plays an instrument as well - live on the stream! Suzan Littlething is an artist and musician just like that. She has a great songlist of coversongs and she writes her own songs, too.

Being there that night inspired me to play with the flycam option of the SL viewer while listening to the music. The song togehther with camera moves added a very nice emotional point of view to the performance. I always wanted to shoot a machinima in Second Life and apply some video post production. Being at Bleu Katt Lounge watching Suzan playing her songs was just the right place and the right time!

So this is the outcome of two nights of work filming, editing and vfx compositing. And no, it's not being paid lol. I'd love to read your comments and tips on this one. So don't be shy and leave a note :) Thanks!

A nice place to live: Silvered Sims

If you are looking for a place to live in Second Life, you definitely should pay a visit to Silvered Sims. Silvered Sims is an exquisitely landscaped sim which provides secluded and beautifully landscaped locations for your dream cottage, crafted by master builder Toby Howton. This unique location breaths a stunning natural beauty with a wonderful eye for thoughtful landscaping details.

But even when you are not looking for a rental, this place is worth a visit. There is a wonderful quiet beach, with a stunning wild sea, a lovely atmospheric enclosed lake to relax, and many spots where you can enjoy the amazing views all around.

Intan dances and cuddles are subtly placed, so you can find your own favo spot where you would like to dance. (or cuddle!) Take the Landmark/url below to take a look for yourself, or IM Anin Amat inworld for a guided tour or further info.

Video for "Vegas"-Line of animated signs

New animated signs "vegas" style

It has been a while since I designed something new for the marketplace. But a few weeks ago I went to Vegas and was inspired by the signs combined with bulbs! I had the idea to transfer this design into SL and worked for a couple of days testing how to do this. Keeping the restrictions of texture size and animation times in mind I came up with the latest product line of mine: Signs in "Vegas" style:
You can find the signs on the marketplace here!

New signs, new logos...

My custom work in SL is increasing as I did a few animated signs for clubs and a bar lately. Search inworld for the "Terra Blues Club" - awesome place!
Yesterday I designed a logo for a SL-enterprise called "slipstreams". It's managed by my twitter-friend Oliver Szondi (@OliverSzondi)and you can sneek a peek of his headquarters here: http://tweetphoto.com/18386022
It seems twitter is quite the place to get jobs when you are not inworld - you can reach me at twitter for inquiries: @CoreefJanus or IM me if I am online :)
